PROJECT FOR 'PRAISE THE LORD!'
A flip flop in human situations
'Flip Flop Collage' (2010)
A sculpture of a flip flop using rolled up newspaper and metal rodding.
Over the period of a week I let the sculpture deteriorate
Developing my idea towards 'Praise The Lord!'. Firstly I drew the image in pencil on to paper. I then put a sheet of glass on top and traced the image in black pen.
PROJECT FOR '210'
Charcoal on paper
'Judas Chair' (2011)
'Don't Worry, Be Happy' (2011)
As a mid-point piece, I produced a charcoal image of someone tied up and in the foetal position. Below it, I displayed a set of ear phones that played the song 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' by Bobby McFerrin.
Experimental ink drawings on paper
The charcoal drawing I used as a part of '210'
